1. On the Candy Addict Website you can browse through our extensive range of perfumes, hair & body mists, bath & body and home fragrance. Once you find the perfect product, click add to cart.
2. If you would like to find more goodies, click continue shopping to keep searching. If the excitement for your new product is too much to handle, click ‘view cart’ to proceed to checkout.
3. If you are a new customer, register your details as prompted and hey presto! You are now part of the Candy Addict family. If you are already registered with us, just enter your email address and password to log in.
4. Choose your payment option, we currently accept credit/ debit cards, Apple Pay or cash on delivery payment. Please bear in mind that a charge of SAR 35 is applicable for cash on delivery orders. If you have a coupon code, don’t forget to enter it here!
5. Press ‘place order’ to confirm your order. Then sit back and relax while we get to work on your order!

We all forget a password from time to time! But don't worry, creating a new password is super easy. Simply open the Candy Addict website and then click on the 'Sign In' option on the account page. Click the 'Forgot Password' link and then enter your email address when prompted. You will then receive a password reset email to create your new password.
We deliver throughout most cities in KSA, UAE, Kuwait & Oman. Once you have made your order, sit back and relax, and we will deliver your items directly to your home or office.
We also deliver to areas outside of main city borders but, due to logistical difficulties, it will be shipped to the closest courier company office where you can collect your order at your convenience.
All orders over 200 SAR within KSA will be delivered to you for free! Any orders under 200 SAR will be subject to a delivery fee of 19 SAR
For cash on delivery orders, there will be a charge of 35 SAR/AED which will be charged upon delivery. You can avoid this charge by pre-paying for your order with a credit/debit card.
In most cases, you will receive your order within 2-7 days. We know how excited you will be to get your order, we always do our best to get your products to you as soon as possible!

Once we've heard from you, we will then inform Aramex to collect your order from you. We won’t keep you waiting! We will directly issue you a refund coupon which is redeemable on our website for the price of the item that you returned. You can use that coupon to order any other item you would like!
You will receive a label attachment from firstname.lastname@example.org with a return airway bill (AWB) number. After that drop all exchange items to the nearest Aramex office with the return airway bill (AWB) number. Following that, please send us an email and we will issue you a voucher.
Please make sure the products are still in the original packaging.
If you have changed your mind about your purchase and you would like to return it, you can do so within 1 day of delivery. If there is something wrong with your order, it is damaged, or you received the wrong item, you can return it to us, just make sure to do so with 7 days. Please note that the items must be in the original packaging and must be unused.
We offer refunds in the form of coupons. This means that if you place an order and you are not satisfied with the product received, we give you the option to return it for free. We pay the return shipping fees and issue you a refund coupon for the value of the item that you are returning. This will give you the opportunity to choose another item! For example, if you paid 100 SAR/AED for an item, we’ll give you a coupon for 100 SAR directly after you’ve returned the item to us. Please note that the 19 SAR shipping fee for orders below 200 SAR are not refundable.
The sooner you inform us that you want to initiate a return process the better! Our Courier team will arrive within 2 working days to your doorstep to collect the item. A refund coupon will directly be sent to you via email afterwards.
